Outprompt AI is an AI video studio from India. We write, direct and finish TV-level commercials, product films, launch films, motion graphics, performance ads and AI UGC for SaaS, D2C and EdTech brands.
Every frame is made with AI, and every creative decision is made by people: the script, the casting, the shots we keep, the edit and the sound. You get films that look shot, at a fraction of what a shoot costs.
Outprompt AI was founded by Piyush Kukreja. He has spent nearly 10 years in digital marketing and has grown more than 50 brands, so every film is made by someone who has run the ads it is meant for.
Since 2023 he has built the AI production system the studio runs on, and taught it to more than 15,000 professionals through The Only Workshop. He has trained teams at India's leading companies including Cult.fit, J M Baxi Group, Internet Moguls and vCommission. Forbes India featured him in 2026 among India's founders and AI leaders shaping the future.
He still reviews every film before it reaches a client.

The Only Workshop is Piyush Kukreja's school of applied AI, where more than 15,000 professionals have learned to make ads and apps with AI. Outprompt AI is the studio side: instead of teaching your team to do it, we make the films for you, with the same system and the people who built it.
We are an India-based studio and work fully remotely. Briefs, reviews and delivery happen over calls, WhatsApp and email, so it does not matter where your team sits.

Every project is quoted per brief, after a free 20-minute call, because a single 30-second ad and a launch kit with twenty cutdowns are very different jobs.
When you book, you pick a budget band, from under ₹1 lakh to ₹10 lakh and above, so the call starts with a plan that fits. There are never shoot, crew, studio or location costs on top.
Your first cut lands within 7 to 10 working days of a complete brief. Launch and festive dates can be booked ahead, so the film is ready before the day it needs to run.
Six steps, and a person makes the call at each one: a 20-minute brief call; a script and storyboard you approve before any shot is generated; casting and locking your characters, locations and real product; directing every shot and throwing away anything that looks generated; edit, voice, music and sound mixed for phones, with captions; and delivery in every ratio, length and hook your channels need.
That is the whole job. We lock faces and products across every shot, light scenes like a real set, add real-world sound and cut anything with an AI tell before you see it.
